Mail time! My very first postcrossing postcard

my first postcard via postcrossing arrived today! it came all the way from Ymuiden, Netherlands. Thanks so much Kitty for sending me a cute postcard with a special postcrossing stamp on it =)

I was also at the post office this evening with my good friend ING mailing more postcards for postcrossing and a few direct swaps. We bought new stamps, including a special commemorative stamp for the 40th National day of the UAE.

the stamp design is the Logo for this years celebration. and these will be on the next set of postcards i will send out. =)

Mail time! postcards from Norway

two things i wanna share in this post.

first i wanna send a Huge thank you's to VTssarah for the two beautiful postcards all the way from Norway and ING at the same time

and last month, i signed up with it is an online postcard exchange for postcard collectors. i have already sent out 5postcards, and 3 of those was already registered. so hopefully I am gonna be getting my first postcard soon. if you are curious as to what postcrossing is all about and how it works, you can visit there website HERE.

anyways, while waiting for my first postcrossing card, i have received some messages from other members wanting to exchange postcards directly. it is quite exciting getting to know so many postcard collectors out there.

MAIL TIME! - postcard from Belgium

I recently received  another surprise postcard (initiated by my good friend ING of ISCRAP) from a lady known as Wanderlass. she is a constant traveller. ING bumped into her blog and found that Lilliane, the wanderlass sends out postcards from wherever she travels. This postcard comes from Belgium which was her last stop for her European adventure.
